- Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe: We will try out best but orders may be subject to duties and taxes, and customers are responsible for these fees.

- International: Orders may be subject to duties and taxes, and customers are responsible for these fees. Please note that JW PEI does not have any control over duties and taxes. We cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information on these fees, please contact your local customs office.

 

2. How can I pay for the customs duties for my package?

 

When a package requires customs duties to be paid, the local customs authorities typically contact the recipient to arrange for the payment of these duties. Additionally, you can track the status of your package by visiting the Correios Brazil official website and entering your CPF/CNPJ or the package's last-mile tracking number. This will allow you to stay informed about the status of your package and ensure timely payment of any customs duties.

3. How can I get the last-mile/local tracking number?

 

Once the package has been shipped, the first-mile tracking number beginning with YT will be sent to your email.
